Money put into a game does improve graphics, and I was going against what you said about this game's graphics. Taking longer to make a game DOES make it better, in case you didn't notice.
GTA 4 would take a crazy machine to run it well, I have no doubt. It's graphics are waay up there. However, that doesn't make it a worse game. You haven't really given me any points that points to Mafia being better than GTA 4 at all.
Incidentally, I didn't like GTA 4 that much.
