Like the front flip, the tighter you tuck,the faster you spin, thus, landing quicker and cleaner. Just learn more about the different ways you need to tuck. Also, your abs play a HUGE roll in tucking, because the are what draws your knees to your chest. So its important to work out your abdominal muscles for a better, easier tuck. The stronger your abs, the faster you tuck. :) simple.
